Measuring stations for length and angle calibration

The ABBE super micrometer is used for measuring lengths up to 700 mm, inner and outer ring diameters up to 250 mm, inner and outer thread parameters, clock sensors and diameters.
The quality of our calibration procedures and quality verification system is confirmed by the implemented ISO 17025 standard and PCA AP156 accreditation.
All measurements are conducted in accordance with METNAV procedures, recommendation of manufacturers, own procedures based on EURAMET recommendations, military procedures or procedures specified by the ordering party.

Measuring stations for Length and Angle calibration – Length measurements

We perform measurements of slide callipers and rigid gauges up to 5000 mm, micrometers and micrometer depth gauges, analog and digital clock sensors. Rolled tape measurements are conducted with the use of Polmiar length 5 meter standard instrument, calibration certificate issued by the (GUM) National Measurement Office

Measuring station for torque wrenches

Measuring station for testing torque screwdrivers and torque wrenches up to 3000N. We do have Mountz S-100, Stahlwille Sensotork 7723-2, 10 – 400N and Stahlwille 7724-1, 300 – 3000N at our disposal.

The pneumatic wrench measuring station for impact wrenches up to 680 Nm are done  by tester from Checkline-USA

Calibration certificates

Each calibration is completed by the generation of a certificate confirming the proper operation of the instrument. Our certificates and measurement results will guarantee you the documentation that will satisfy the requirements of ISO-9001 and other standards, at the same time certifying that the calibration procedure has been carried out correctly.
In addition, you can be sure that the instrument is operating with maximum tolerance and has been calibrated with the test instruments specified on the certificate and recommended by the manufacturer of your instrument.

We are the only authorized FLUKE Service Center in Poland.

Instruments calibrated by ANMAR receive a calibration certificate with the logo of the ANMAR and FLUKE company and the results of measurements, which proves the highest quality of services, model equipment (calibrators) and computer programs (MetCAL) at our disposal, used and recommended also by the manufacturer’s laboratories.
